Recipe: Martabak Mie Tofu (Instant Noodle Omelette with Egg Tofu)

Haloo...!!!

Sudah lama saya tidak bagi-bagi resep. Maklum sudah 6 bulan saya pindah ke Jakarta dan berhubung di tempat saya tinggal sekarang tidak ada dapurnya susah deh mau bereksperimen. Hiks.. (TAT) kangen sama dapur kecil saya di Surabaya. Anyway... Lagi bongkar-bongkar folder ternyata sama menemukan foto Martabak Mie yang sering saya buat untuk menu berbuka puasa maupun untuk ngemil (ha ha ngemil saya manteub banget ya...). Ini salah satu camilan favorit adik saya, tiap saya bikin ini pasti dia yang paling cepat ngabisin padahal saya yang buat capek-capek #sigh. Sebagai imbalannya dia yang cuci piring deh... #pukpukadikbaik


I haven't share any recipe in a while ya... It's been 6 months since I move to Jakarta and since there's no kitchen where I live I haven't had the chance to experiment again. Ahh... (TAT) How I miss my little kitchen in Surabaya. Anyway... I was browsing some folders in my laptop and found this recipe photos that I took a while back. It's one of my favorite recipe for Iftar in Ramadhan or just for a quick snacking. It's one of my brother's favorite food too, each time I made it then he'll eat like there's no tomorrow! Sometimes I only have a little bit left too #sigh but to pay me back he'll do the dishes for me ^^


Untuk resep kali ini saya menambahkan egg tofu berhubung bendanya ada di kulkas tapi kalau mau dihilangkan juga boleh kok. Mau diganti dengan tahu biasa juga bisa banget.


I use egg tofu for this recipe because there's one in the fridge at the time but you can skip it of you want or maybe change it with a regular tofu.

Note: untuk rumus dasarnya 1 bungkus Indomie menggunakan 2-3 butir telur, jadi kalau kamu mau buat pakai 2 bungkus Indomie ya telurnya 4-6 butir.


Note:  The basic recipe is 1 Indomie use 2-3 eggs so if you want to make it with 2 Indomie then you'll need 4-6 eggs.

Bahan:
- Indomie
- Telur | Egg
- Egg Tofu

Optional:
- Daun Bawang Cincang | Chopped Scallion
- Bawang Bombay Cincang | Chopped Onion
- Cabe Rawit Iris Halus | Chopped Thai Chilli
- Jamur | Mushroom
- Sosis, Bakso dll | Sausage, MEatballs etc

Cara Memasak | How to Cook:


1. Kocok 2-3 butir Telur sambil masak Indomie | Beat 2-3 Eggs while cooking Indomie.



2. Masukkan egg tofu dan kocok sampai tofunya hancur | Add egg tofu and mix em' all up.


3. Masukkan bumbu Indomie dan aduk sampai rata | Add Indomie seasoning and mix.


4. Masukkan Indomie masak dan bahan tambahan lainnya seperti daun bawang, cabe rawit, jamur sosis dll lalu aduk sampai rata | Add cooked Indomie and other ingredients like scallion, chilli, mushroom, sausage etc and mix.


5. Panaskan minyak lalu masak adonan pada api sedang, ketika sudah cukup matang balik adonan dan tunggu sampai matang | Heat oil and cook the mixture in medium heat, when it's cooked enough turn the mixture upside down and cook until it's done.

6. Hidangkan bersama saus sambal!! | Serve and eat with chilli sauce!!
