Review: Natural Pacific (Nacific) Fresh Herb Origin Serum

Hi there my gorgoeus fellas!!

Today I'm gonna be reviewing a serum that's been viral for some time and the ads also keeps coming up on my IG too so I decided to purchase them on Althea Korea. It's been called the damn serum or the cursed serum because it is said that if you applied this serum on your skin especially when it's in a damaged condition you will feel a slight jolt on your skin hence the cursing >.<!. I bought this serum when the brand still called Natural Pacific but not it changed into Nacific and this serum also has a new look but supposedly the formula inside is still the same.

Description:

This beauty must-have is famously known as Jun Ji-Hyun’s serum after it was revealed to be her go to skincare product. It is now fondly called the “damn serum” due to the tingling sensation it creates when applied onto damaged, oxidized skin – the greater the damage, the more it tingles. Over time, this diminishes as your skin heals. This anti-oxidant enriched serum enhances elasticity, prevents premature wrinkling, balances oil and moisture and tones. It also helps relax the skin by using Aloe Vera in place of purified water and vegetable components instead of synthetic preservatives.

Recommended for those with the following concerns:

1. Those with enlarged, distended pores
2. Those who suffer from fine wrinkles
3. Those with numerous skin concerns
4. Those whose skin dries out quickly
5. Those with rough skin

Ingredients:
Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Water, Glycerin, Limnanthes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Hydrogenated Polydecene, Betaine, 1,2-Hexanediol, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil, Camellia Japonica Flower Extract, Butylene Glycol, Water, Cymbopogon Schoenanthus Extract(1078ppm), Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Peel Extract, Mentha Rotundifolia Leaf Extract(0.245ppm), Nymphaea Alba Flower Extract, Dipropylene Glycol, Sodium Palmitoyl Proline, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil, Sodium Chloride, Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) Root Extract, Coptis Japonica Root Extract, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, Melia Azadirachta Flower Extract, Melia Azadirachta Leaf Extract, Eclipta Prostrata Extract, Pearl Powder, Melia Azadirachta Bark Extract, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Extract, Moringa Oleifera Seed Oil, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Flower/Leaf Extract, Ocimum Sanctum Leaf Extract, Dextrin, Disodium EDTA, Ethylhexylglycerin, Limonene, Citral, Geraniol, Linalool

Packaging:

This serum comes in a frosted glass packaging and also a glass pipette inside. Before, I felt that this type of bottle felt luxurious but I think nowadays it's become a standard. The pipette itself is quite long which make me kinda happy because it can actually reach almost to the bottom of the bottle. There's an explanation in the back in Korean since I bought it directly from Althea Korea.

Texture:

This serum has a watery and oily texture so you have to shake it well before use. It smells a bit citrusy from the bottle but I personally didn't notice any smell when I applied this serum onto my skin.

My Experience:

The first time I applied this serum I do feel a slight tingling sensation but nothing that'll make me curse anyway #LOL. Probably because I've been using Retionoids for years and I felt that the Retinoids stings more than this serum. Since it has an oily side I felt that it'll feel oily on my skin but it did not although the serums does absorbs longer than my usual light serum.

After the serum dries down it didn't feel oily nor sticky hence I felt comfortable using it during the day and night although I still feel like there's some sort of thin film coating my skin which didn't bother me too much because I'll add another layer of moisturizer and sunscreen during the day or Retinol and sleeping pack at the evening.

After using this serum for more than a month I notice that this serum really calms my skin especially whenever I felt that it's angry and irritated. I do still get some pimples every now and then but whenever I do get them they don't look so red and calms faster especially when I also add a spot treatment. As for my pores and skin texture I don't feel any difference before and after but they do felt more plump and firm especially in the morning whenever I combines this serum with Retinol.

Overall I do recommends this serum especially for those of you who gets a lot of redness from pimples and need a serum that not only calms the skin but also reduce redness from pimples.
